How we process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR.

This page is a placeholder pending legal review. The text below describes the intended processing, including the retention periods and the analytics section. Do not publish the site with this notice still in place: have counsel confirm the wording and the periods first.

Data controller

Intella S.r.l., registered office Piazza Duse 1, 20122 Milano MI, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Write to info@intella.tech with any question about this policy.

What we collect and why

We collect the minimum needed to answer you, to assess an application, to keep the website running safely, and, if you agree to it, to understand which pages are read. We do not sell personal data, we build no advertising profiles, and we run no advertising trackers.

We rely on our legitimate interest to reply to business enquiries and to keep our infrastructure secure, and on the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, both for a commercial evaluation and for a job application.

Analytics runs on your consent alone, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. It loads nothing until you accept it, and you can withdraw at any time on our cookie policy page, with the same two clicks it took to give it. Withdrawing has no effect on the site or on anything else we process.

Processors and transfers

We use a small number of processors, for hosting, for sending the contact form by email, and for analytics, each bound by a data processing agreement. Our analytics processor is PostHog, configured to store and process the data in its European region. Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, you may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you may withdraw a consent you have given, by writing to info@intella.tech. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Italian and European Union law. The court of Milan has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
